November '09 Update!

Phase 1 of the project got started this week - the quonset hut is coming down! There will be 4 Phases to the entire project that will include an all weather track, the field, stadium, lights pressbox and other facility needs.

Did you know that a committee is being formed to raise funds to refurbish the stadium?  The first meeting about it was held Feb. 21st. This committee is made up of members of the track and soccer teams, community members and alumni and they would like to get the football program involved also.

The goal is to install a synthetic track and field or a new natural turf field along with the other improvements to the stadium with the track completed by 2010.
